A Borough Council has recently extended Merits support to continue provision of Application Support for their Oracle based applications, and Northgate Revenues and Benefits in particular. The contract does also of course provide insurance and cover when, for any reason, the in-house resource is not available (e.g. Holidays, Sickness and peaks in workload).
