Managed Support

Meritec originally built it’s Services reputation largely on the delivery of Managed Services to VME mainframe clients, both through support and management of client hosted installations and Meritec Hosted platforms.

We have subsequently moved in to the client/ server area with, for example, Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server based networks.

In addition to the technical expertise supporting these services (detailed in the Skills and Technologies section of the website) a key feature of our support is a fully manned Service Desk using ITIL compliant software and procedures with each service backed by a comprehensive Service Level Agreement.

The Managed Service (described more fully in the document below) can be provided in support of the most widely deployed Revenues and Benefits, Financial and other Business Support systems.

Additional support outside the responsibilities agreed in the SLA is typically provided by a parallel Merits contract.

In addition Meritec have a portfolio of solutions available including our Focus range of products and solutions delivered through our NetShare subscription.
