Meritec have recently won a two year contract to support Blackburn in ensuring it meets it aspirations with regard to KLOE where we will be undertaking a number of activities including:

• Customer Survey
• Front Back Office Redesign
• Demographics
• Project Management

Entering into a long term relationship with Meritec ensures your Council gets the benefit of ongoing support of our KLOE Consultant with all the skill transfer, information sharing and best practice advice supplied as added value to the project assurance role.

Prices for this service start at around £550 plus expenses and VAT per day.
